NOWL, a live review app that allows users to share their nightlife experiences in real-time while collecting rewards as they post reviews. As reviews are posted, users can see what places in their area are popular through our “heat spots” on the map.

This app concept was created throughout the course of Startup Weekend Monterey Bay 2017.
PROBLEM

People who want to go out to popular places don’t know what’s popular that night until they’re actually there, and it often leaves people frustrated.

Competitors like Yelp are often outdated.
GOAL

Create a stress free experience for users who seek live reviews through an online community.

Eliminate the hassle of getting to a location and then realizing it’s not what your expectations were.
